We were also challenged to use this sketch:
I chose to work with the images in the Snowbird Cling Set.
The single feather image was stamped repeatedly to create a background pattern. I used the Versamark/Perfect Pearls technique again, stamping the feathers in Versamark and then brushing Perfect Gold Perfect Pearls over top. The top right corner of the card is at the correct angle for you to see all that shimmer.
I colored the bird image with Distress Inks and an Aquapainter. A white gel pen was used to add some highlights and to color in the snow on the branches. So there you go! Whether your other hobbies include knitting, reading, fishing, hunting, sewing, gardening, boating, traveling, or antiquing (among others!) Serendipity has you covered!
