Its Your Day - WMS Previews Day 3

This is a scheduled post.

Tomorrow is release day for Waltzingmouse Stamps! Are you excited about the new stamps? Don't these two sets have amazing potential?

Today's card almost exclusively uses stamps from the Free Spirit Sentiments set.

The Free Spirit Sentiments set has ten digits (0 through 9) that you can use to add numbers to some of the sentiments. I used these to create my own numbered background, highlighting the number 5.

The background was embossed with the Stars cuttlebug folder. I carried the star theme over to the front, punching a star from black cardstock. I punched a circle in the center of the star so that the number would show through. I added a sprocket gear from Tim Holtz Idea-ology and the sentiment.

Wouldn't something like this be great for party invitations?

Hope you enjoyed the previews - tomorrow is the new release blog hop! The hop starts at the WMS Blog at 2:00 pm EST!

Today we leave Bruges and head to Brussels. First stop: Belgian chocolate!! :)

Have a great day!
