Spring Cross Treat Box

This is a scheduled post.

Happy Friday everyone! Today is our first day in Amsterdam. Last night we traveled via ferry from the UK. We are up and about already!

Today's project is for Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps, using the Spring 2010 ATC Transparency pack.

I followed the pattern for the crayon box by Jen del Muro - I've used this before for this project. I used the oval nestabilities to cut the opening in the front, and adhered the Spring Cross transparency inside the window. Scalloped and plain oval nestabilities were used to make the scalloped frame around the outside.

Full of pastel Reese's pieces eggs, it is perfect for the Easter season. If you haven't tried making one of these crayon boxes, they are really easy - give it a try!

Hope you have a great day, we're hoping the tulips are in bloom here in Amsterdam. On Sunday we travel to Belgium, where we will spend the next week. Monday starts the new release previews for Waltzingmouse Stamps, so I will see you then!

Take care!
