Friday Fripperie

Its Friday! Yay!

I am looking forward to the extended weekend - ready to get it started!

I wanted to pop in and share another quick project that I made during the Waltzingmouse Stamps release but had not yet posted. If you are looking for my WMS July Blog Waltz post, please scroll down or click here. Remember, leave a comment for a chance to win a free stamp set! The contest closes at 11:59 pm EST tomorrow!

Thank you all so much for your support and comments this week not only here but at the Waltzingmouse Blog and the blogs of my fellow DT members. You guys are the best and I am grateful to have the chance to share my creations with you!!

Ok! Just some playing around..

Does anyone else like to decorate their stamp space with hand-made creations? I love to make tags, and thought it would be fun to combine the new Victorian Alphabet and Victorian Fripperie sets for some fun stamp space decor.

I pulled out my pack of Life's Journey patterned paper from K&Company. I am a confessed patterned-paper-collection-hoarder, so I am always so proud of myself when I pull this pack out! It really goes well with the WMS stamps.. has the same fun, vintage 'feel'!

I topped my tag off with a big silk bow. I love this ribbon, it makes such a beautiful bow. I enjoyed using the Victorian Alphabet - the font is clean yet classy. My dear friend Dina just welcomed a beautiful baby girl into her family a few weeks ago and I can't wait to use the alphabet to make a name plaque for little Abigail. Hoping for some time over the weekend!

Thank you all again for your visits over the past few days! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

  1. Anya, this is so sweet. I think it is great you treated YOURSELF to some stamping goodness for a change. So often we forget about our own creative space and decor; too busy making things for others.
