Rescue Remedies

I think you guys are pretty aware of how much I love Waltzingmouse Stamps. It is like Claire designs the stamps just for me (she doesn't, but it is a nice thought... :)

You saw many of the DT members previewing Rescue Remedies yesterday. This set is truly one of my most favorite WMS sets ever. It has a great design, great fonts, great concept - and so Claire. I can't wait for you to see it. I am very enthusiastic about this month's release!! :)

I used the label for 'Mother McCarthy's Conditioning Powders' to create this little gift.

At first I was going to package up some hot chocolate, but then I remembered that I had a container of Au Lait Milk Bath powder in the closet. I stamped the Powders label in black and cut it out with the coordinating Lables Four die. I layered it on top of a Labels Eleven die cut.

The patterned paper is actually a shopping bag that I saved. It has old product advertisements on it, and I knew it would come in handy! I cut it to size, stitched around the outside, and adhered to it a small Kraft coffee bag. I stamped one of the flourishes from the set onto a strip of cardstock and put it all together. The milk bath is in a fancy glass jar, which fits perfectly in the bag!

I could have used this set for all of my projects this month! I read all of your comments yesterday on the other DT member's posts and it sounds like you love this set, too! I can't wait to see more!

Lots of previews being shared today! Make sure you stop by to see Claire, Julia, Lisa, Carly, Jennifer, Belinda, Bonnie, Lynn, and Edna (our special guest designer for July)!

Have a fantastic day!

  16. LOVING this set so far... when I first looked at your project, and read the sentiment I kind of though "hmm... what would I use it for?" but as I worked through your post, I thought of at least 3 things. This is ON the wishlist!
