Hi there!
Today I am back with Day 3 of the countdown for the September Release at Waltzingmouse Stamps. Today is our last day of previews, tomorrow the new release will be available for purchase!
Today the set we are previewing is called Warm Fuzzies. I am sure you have seen how the other sets in the release compliment each other and Warm Fuzzies is no different. These three sets really play so well together and give you all sorts of possibilities for combining them.
The main character in this set is a cute little bird, he is featured in two sizes... for my first card I used the smaller version (I love this guy's hat!)
I started by stamping one of the images from the Country Labels No. 4 set, then die cutting it. The little guy was stamped onto the label and again onto scrap so I could color him and adhere him with dimensional adhesive. I created a strip of patterned paper using some cute tree images from the set. The sentiment, of course, is also from the set.
My next card was made using some of the snowflake images that are in the set.
I chose a non-traditional color combination just to mix things up a bit, but I love the soft pink and kraft together with these delicate snowflakes. The sentiment is another from the set - don't you love that beautiful font?
That is all for me today, I hope you have enjoyed the previews of the new sets. Tomorrow we'll have our traditional release day blog hop, and also be announcing a new contest! In the meantime, be sure to check out the other DT blogs to see their amazing creations!
So glad you stopped by! See you tomorrow!
