Hi there!
Today is release day! The eight new stamp sets and coordinating dies that we have been sharing for the past few days are available for purchase in the Waltzingmouse Stamps store.
If you'd like to catch up on what I've created, check out my posts from Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3.
You should have arrived here from sweet Laurie Schmidlin's blog. The waltz starts over on Claire's blog, so be sure to head there if you're just popping in.
As usual, Blog Waltz prizes are up for grabs! One winner will be randomly chosen from the comments left on one of the Design Team blogs, so let us know what you think of the new release! You have until 11:59 PM EST on August 29th to leave your comments. The winner will be announced on the WMS Blog on the 30th.
Today's first card just might be my favorite of the release. I really have enjoyed using the Boo and Friends stamp set - the images are perfect for a non-colorer like me to color, and they are just fun! I know my nieces and nephews will get a kick out of these for Halloween.
The witch ghost was stamped and colored with Copics, then cut out and adhered right to my card front with dimensional foam tape. I added some stars, the speech bubble sentiment, and some glitter for good measure.
My second card is a little different - I debated sharing it, but here it is!
I used one of the accompanying circle images from the Great Big Owl stamp set to stamp a design, then combined it with one of the large words from Hello Happy Thanks. Not quite how it looked in my mind's eye, but you'll have that sometimes (for me, usually!).
I hope you have enjoyed the countdown for this month's release. The products are now available for sale in the Waltzingmouse Stamps store.
Jeanne Jachna will be your next stop along the hop, don't forget to comment for your chance to win! Take care!
