Rush to Sender

Hi there!

Today's heat index is supposed to be 106 degrees. I'll be skipping my walk today and spending the day in the office somewhere around a cool 70. Too hot to do anything outside, really!

Today's card was based on last week's CASE Study Challenge. I'm too late to link it up, but I wanted to play along anyway.

This is my first time inking up Postmarks. Lots of fun images in this set.. I love that office-y look of the labels and postmarks.

I added some bits to go along with the mail theme.. baker's twine and a punched postage stamp edge. I am pleased with the final product, and know I will turn to the CASE study challenges more often!

I've just updated my list of stamps for sale, lots of PTI there if you're interested. You can send me an email if there is something that strikes your fancy!

Stay cool today!

Anya

  3. I just CASEd your card and now I'm reading your post more carefully and realizing that you didn't actually submit it to CASE Study, oops, hope they over look that minor detail- thanks for the fabulous inspiration.
